I do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health disorders. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book counseling sessions.

Bookings & Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance through the contact form or directly with Valentina Sandor.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
In the unlikely event that Valentina Sandor must cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with ethical standards. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is the property of Valentina Sandor and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
